We believe in being Honest to our customers. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. So, we would like to inform our customer about our return policy. By this policy, our customer will have an option, if there is any issue with the product you purchase from our website, you can return the ordered product to us within 4 days from the date on which you have received the delivery of the product.

Do follow the following step to submit your return request:

1. Visit our website : www.bahetibullish.com.
2. Login with your user ID.
3. From home page click on My account.
4. Select the “ORDERS” option. From “ORDERS” option select the order you want to apply for return.
5. Now write the reason for return and some brief detail about the issue you faced.
6. Provide the pickup address if any change, with proper contact person and contact number.
7. Provide the Bank account detail in which the refund amount will be credited. 
8. Submit the request.

NOTE: Our Return policy lasts for 4 days. If 4 days have passed from order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

In order to ensure the smooth functioning of return process kindly take note of the following things:

1. The product you are applying for return request must be in actual condition without any type of damage to product and tag & label should remain intact. 

2. The product should not have been used. ( NOTE:- You can try the product, but please take adequate measures to avoid any damage to the product). 

3. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our team will do the quality check, after which the refund will be initiated. 

4. After inspection, your refund process will be initiated and it can take around 7-10 working days  (subject to some unforeseen circumstances).

5. If any return request is submitted the amount will be refunded for product only. If in any case you have paid the delivery charges/ shipping charges, such charges will not be refunded. 

6. If in case we have given you any free item with the product, then you need to return the free item also, after which your refund process will be initiated. 

7. If you have returned the wrong product instead of the product ordered, in such case we are not liable to ship back that product to you again. 

8. Once you have made our product pack & ready for return contact us, we will arrange a pickup facility from our courier partner.

Kindly note: Color of product may be little bit different as compared to original product received, due to different monitor settings.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel the ordered product within 2 hours of placing the order. After lapse of cancellation time you cannot cancel your order.

In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be done within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
